Shreya Mungur joined BLC Robert & Associates in September 2021 as a pupil barrister and is now an Associate in the Financial Services and Capital Markets team.

Shreya advises on the establishment and regulation of financial services providers and institutions, and provides guidance on a broad range of regulatory compliance matters to ensure adherence to legal and industry standards.

Her work primarily involves assisting with the structuring and formation of investment funds. She is actively engaged in drafting and reviewing key legal documentation essential for fund operations and works closely with all stakeholders in the issuance of legal opinions to investors. She also regularly advises financial services clients on expanding their cross-border business, helping them navigate the evolving financial services landscape.

Shreya was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 2019 at the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple and to the Bar of Mauritius in September 2022.
