Piyush Jankee is an Associate in the Financial Services & Capital Markets Team.

He has since been involved in the provision of legal advice to industry leaders in the financial services sector, encompassing both foreign and domestic clients. He is called upon to review both local and foreign law documents, draft fund and other legal documentation as well as issue legal opinions to DFIs and other institutional investors.

Piyush also regularly engages with foreign law firms, fund managers, insurance companies and other key players in the industry on the regulatory framework and corporate law on an ad hoc basis.
