Phalkirti Maharahaje is the Intellectual Property Executive at BLC Robert & Associates. Combining in-depth industry and technical knowledge with broad legal understanding, she provides strategic advice spanning all aspects of Intellectual Property (IP) law.

With experience across diverse sectors, Phalkirti provides expert advice in cases of IP disputes, including trademark, patent, copyright and design litigation, trademark oppositions and cancellations, company names as well as domain name disputes. With substantial experience litigating all classes of IP in courts, she advises clients on the exploitation of IP rights and infringement proceedings and helps them in their negotiation to obtain consent letters.

Phalkirti holds a Bachelor of Law (Hons) from the University of Sunderland (UK) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Law Practice from the University of Northumbria (UK). She also holds a Higher Diploma in Paralegal Practice from the National Association of Licensed Paralegals Training (UK).
