Deephallee Harnaran is an associate within the Dispute Resolution practice at BLC Robert & Associates.

Deephallee’s experience encompasses civil, commercial, insolvency disputes and matters under the International Arbitration Act 2008. She regularly appears before the Courts and Tribunals of Mauritius and is involved in advisory work with a particular focus on insurance matters.

Deephallee has a keen interest in arbitration and has contributed to the ‘Chambers Global Guide’ on International Arbitration (Mauritius) and co-authored its Trends and Development article in 2023. She also acts as junior counsel in domestic and international arbitrations.

Prior to joining BLC Robert & Associates, Deephallee was in private practice at Bhuckory Chambers where she gained experience in public law matters namely judicial review applications.
