Monisha joined the firm in June 2022 as a pupil barrister in the Banking & Finance practice group and successfully completed her pupillage at BLC Robert & Associates. As from October 2023, Monisha joined the M&A and Corporate & Commercial practice area as an Associate.

She advises on a wide array of corporate matters, including restructuring and other business law matters, both on a domestic and cross-border level. She is heavily involved in drafting and in reviewing investment documentation and she also occasionally lends support in regulatory & compliance matters, including data protection.

Monisha recently advised an African-based investment firm on the partial disposal of its investment in a South-African courier company to a consortium of institutional investors and DFIs. She also was involved in the drafting of the subscription and shareholders’ agreement relating to the first round of fundraising for an African-based cold chain company.
