- Advising an international corporation in relation to the purchase of a Mauritian Company which owed breweries in India.
- Advising the largest commercial bank in Mauritius on the preparation of a risk paper pertaining to Garantie Financiere D’achevement (guarantee of financial completion), which set out the risks that the bank is generally exposed when a property developer has sold a real estate for which the bank has issued a guarantee of financial completion to the buyer of such real estate.
- Advising Metro CAF who has been awarded the contract for the maintenance of the Light Rail Vehicles (LRVs), in respect of the metro project in Mauritius.
- Advising the Mauritian subsidiary of one of the largest engineering and construction firms in China on public procurement, private-public partnerships and build to operate projects in Mauritius.
- Advising United Technologies Corporation (a systems supplier to the aerospace and defence industry) on the Mauritian aspect of its multi-jurisdictional restructuring involving the spinning off of Carrier and Otis from United Technologies Corporation resulting into three distinct corporations.
- Advising the University of California and the University of Arizona in connection with the implementation of joint programmes with the University of Mauritius.
- Advising a major telecommunications operator in Mauritius on issues relating to directors’ conflict of interests as well as a number of listed companies.
