The annual ceremony of the IFLR Africa Awards, which took place virtually earlier today, 25th August 2022, recognizes legal innovation by firms and individual teams working on cross-border transactions across the African region. As well as picking up the top prize of being named National Law Firm of the Year, for the third consecutive year, BLC Robert has also been shortlisted in three Deals of the Year categories, namely Capital Markets, Private Equity and Restructuring.
