Noor works closely with Mr André Robert, Senior Attorney, at BLC Robert & Associates and is part of the litigation practice at BLC Robert & Associates. He is responsible for a wide array of litigation matters ranging from civil to commercial proceedings before all Courts of Mauritius. He is very much involved in legal writing (drafting of pleadings, affidavits, legal opinions, general legal advice etc.), lodging of cases and following their progress in Court, giving legal advice to various departments of corporate bodies, instructing Counsel on cases, undertaking legal research and contract vetting. Noor has been involved on various litigation matters for companies, banks, insurance companies and commercial firms.
