BLC Robert & Associates has appointed new competencies across its various Legal Practice.

• Neha Rosunee joins us with an experience in Administration Secretarial and Advisory role further to completion of an LLB from the University of Birmingham (UK).  She boasts good knowledge of Financial Services legal framework, Regulatory and Listing requirements in Mauritius;

• Neelesh Kowlesser read law at the University of the West of England before undertaking a ‘Masters in International Business Law’ at Ghent University in Belgium.  He has a sharp touch in the Financial Services and Capital Markets, in addition to his involvement in investment funds, corporate and commercial matters;

• Djibrane Mansoor is a sworn barrister to both Mauritius and England and Wales, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He has studied both the French Law and UK Law and has a sound knowledge in International Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation.
